All of our fruit contains no additives or preservatives. We pride ourselves on using local produce as our first choice, with majority of our citrus coming from South Australian producers. As fruit is seasonal, in times of low stock we will only buy Australian produce from our local Adelaide Hills supplier & may substitute some varieties if unavailable.
